Booking Rentals:
A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is Collected to Book Items. The deposit holds the items for you making them unavailable to other customers.
Pick Up & Final Numbers:
The final numbers and/or "Head Count" can be changed up to SEVEN days prior to pick up date. Any changes made after, cannot be guaranteed.
Late Returns, Damage,Breakage, Loss:
The customer is responsible for the rented items. Late Retuns, Damage, Breakage and Loss of items results in late fees, repair or replacement costs charged to the provided credit card number. Krystals count and inspection is correct. Packaging provided with rental items must be returned with rental items or a replacement charge will be incurred. This includes wrapping, bags and boxes.
Returning Rentals:
All items returned damaged or lost are charged to the renter’s credit card. Weekend rentals must be returned on or before Tuesday during store hours unless other arrangements have been made.
Delivery and Pick Up of Rental Items:
$50.00 drop off charge, $75.00 pick up charge
